Property Data
Windham property data is available in two databases, the current database that reflects up-to-date data that is constantly being revised to show changes in ownership information and physical property characteristics, and a database that has property data and taxes as of April 1, 2006.  The following link displays the current assessment information:

 2006-07 TAX RATE
On August 22, the Town Council set the property tax rate for the 2006-07 tax year at 11.30 mils.  The homestead exemption is $13,000 for qualified Windham residents and the due dates also set by the Council are October 1, 2006 for the first half taxes and April 1, 2007 for the second half taxes.

TAX EXEMPTIONS AVAILABLE
