The
Town Manager serves as the chief executive officer responsible for
day-to-day administration of the town's affairs and implementation of
town council policies. The position directs the staff in accomplishing
the town’s goals and objectives while ensuring that the community
receives desired and mandated services in an effective, cost-efficient
manner . As the town council’s chief advisor, the town manager prepares
a recommended budget for the council’s consideration and recruits,
hires, and supervises town staff.
