Development Peer Review and Inspection Services

Request for Proposals

The Town of Windham is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in providing development plan review and construction inspection services for the Planning Department and Code Enforcement Department. The scope of review and inspection duties includes, but is not limited to, civil engineering, general design, traffic engineering, and landscape architecture.

The Town's goal is select two to three firms that will be retained for a two (2) year period. The Town will prioritize the selected firms and delegate work according to their rank. Firms are encouraged to partner with other firms that provide the consulting team with any additional areas of expertise outlined in the RFP. Where partnerships are proposed, one firm will be required to serve as the lead consultant and project manager for all review and inspection services.

All firms interested in submitting a proposal must notify the Town Clerk in writing by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, February 15^th, 2008 in order to ensure that any changes to the RFP can be properly disseminated to all interested firms. Intent to file notices must include the name, address, telephone number and email of the project manager responsible for the RFP submission. All addendums to the RFP will be distributed via email.

To be considered, all RFP submissions must be received by the Town Clerk by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, February 29^th, 2008. No late submissions will be considered.
