Meetings

Planning Board meetings are held the second (2nd) and fourth (4th) Mondays of each month.  Meetings are not held on holidays recognized by the Town of Windham.

Meetings are held at Town Hall in Conference Room 1.

Planning Board members do not have regular office hours.  In addition, for legal reasons, the Board is not able to discuss pending applications with members of the public or applicants outside of advertised Board meetings.  As a result, questions regarding the Board and pending applications should be directed to the Planning Department at (207) 892-1902.
