OFFICE OF Code Enforcement Storm Water Management Program The Town of Windham is committed to assure the quality of storm water discharges from our municipal storm sewer system is managed to the maximum extent practicable. We are developing a Storm Water Management Plan designed to meet this commitment. This plan will incorporate storm water monitoring, public education, and a variety of "best management practices". These components will be integrated to allow us to assess the quality of storm water and identify areas where storm water quality can be improved. Improvement can be made through implementing management practices to control potential sources of pollution along with raising public awareness on proper use and disposal of products such as motor oil, antifreeze and pesticides.
