AGENDAS AND APPLICATIONS ON THE WEB
We now post the Zoning Board of Appeals Application and Agendas on our website.
Our Board of Appeals Meetings are held the first and third Thursday of every month, unless no submissions are received or it is a holiday. All submissions are due 14 days prior to every meeting.
SHORELAND, BUILDING, SOIL AND EROSION AND BOARD OF APPEALS
We are now posting all the necessary information to help you with Shoreland Zoning, building permits, building codes, soil and erosion, and Board of Appeals applications. There is a link on the right hand side of the page under Code Enforcement . Each link when you click on it will give you the application plus other necessary info to go with it.

All of the ordinances and chapters for the Town of Windham can now be found by clicking this link In order to read and print the chapters, you will need to have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, available for FREE download.
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ONLINE
The Comprehensive Master Plan Steering Committee worked for over two years on Windham's Comprehensive Plan. You may see it online by clicking here or at Windham Town Hall in the Town Manager's office.
YARDSCAPING INFORMATION IS ONLINE
There is new information on Maine Yardscaping ( which is information how to take care of your lawns in a safe and environmental way). You may see it by clicking on the link on the right hand side of the page under Maine Yardscaping, under the Code Enforcement link.
