This page contains links to the Town of Windham's GIS data sets.  This data is available for download at no charge.  Geodatabases can be viewed in ESRI ArcGIS ArcExplorer.  Shapefiles may be used with most GIS or CAD applications.

ArcExplorer is a free software program available from ESRI and should be used to view the shapefiles and images available on this site.  Clicking on this link will connect you to the ESRI web page.  The Town of Windham provides only a link to the software as a service to our visitors.  The Town does not guarantee the software or offer user support for the installation or use of the software.  Users requireing advanced funtionality or the ability to edit the data may be required to purchase software at their expense.

WINDHAM 2011 PARCEL MAPS IN GOOGLE EARTH
You can now view an overlay of the Windham parcel maps in Google Earth.  This information is updated on an annual basis and reflects assessments as of September 27, 2011.  NOTE:  Parcel boundaries are intened to be used for the purpose of property assessment and should not be considered survey accurate.

You will need to have Google Earth installed to view this data.  After downloading and installing Google Earth you can open WINDHAM PARCEL DATA.  Associated assessing data can be viewed by clicking on the lot of interest.  If you save this as one of your places (under the "File" options) you can reopen this information without having to revisit the Windham Website.   Please be aware that some information has been suppressed at the property owner's request.
