Staff Responsibilities:
Brooks More - Director of Planning
Brooks is responsibe for management of the department and conducting long range plans and reports. This includes writing and amending some of the Town's ordinances relating to land development.
Ben Smith - Assistant Planner
Ben's primary responsibility is to assist the Planning Board with the development review process. This involves the review of subdivision and site plan review applications. Ben also works on selected long-range studies and reports. Please contact Ben regarding development review applications that require Planning Board approval.
Lisa Fisher - Administrative Assistant
Lisa serves as the initial point of contact for the department. In addition, Lisa helps produce the Planning Board's packets, conducts research, and prepares meeting minutes.
