The Town of Windham's 2003 Comprehensive Plan is available for viewing and downloading through the links listed, below.

Users must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to access each of the listed chapters.  All other maps, tables, and information is available in JPEG format and may be accessed using your computer's graphics software.  Please be aware that these files may take some time to download, especially for those using a dialup connection.

Color copies of the Comprehensive Plan are available for a fee of $50.00.  Non-color copies are also available for a fee equal to the Town of Windham's current per-page rate for photocopies.  Advanced notice for all orders is required.  For more information, please contact the Planning Department.
