GENERAL INFORMATION
The Planning Department is located on the second floor of the Windham Town Hall. The office is responsible for reviewing development proposals that require Planning Board approval and conducting long-range studies and plans. Information relating to both the development review process and long-range studies may be obtained using the links listed on the sidebar.
ENGINEERING REVIEW SERVICES RFP
The Town of Windham has issued a Request for Proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide review of the engineering aspects of development review applications and in-field construction activities. For a copy of the RFP, please select the Engineering RFP link on the left-hand sidebar.

The Planning Department maintains an email distribution list for all Planning Board agendas and staff development review memos. During the week prior to every Planning Board meeting an email containing the agenda and staff memos is sent to the distribution list. The list is open to the public and may be subscribed to by sending an email to Lisa Fisher in the Planning Department.

The Comprehensive Master Plan is available by clicking here. Paper copies are available in the Planning Department. Due to the size of the document, a fee equal to the cost of reproduction must be assessed.
