Meetings
Planning Board meetings are held the second (2nd) and fourth (4th) Mondays of each month at Town Hall. Meetings are not held on holidays recognized by the Town of Windham.

Planning Board Rules
The Planning Board rules govern how meetings, public hearings and site walks are conducted. In addition to its importance to the Board, the Rules provide useful information to applicants and the general public. For questions, or more information, please contact the Planning Department.
Contact Information
Planning Board members do not have regular office hours. In addition, for legal reasons, the Board is not able to discuss pending applications with members of the public or applicants outside of advertised Board meetings. As a result, questions regarding the Board and pending applications should be directed to the Planning Department.
