Windham Public Safety Building Lobby Hours are:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 A.M. - 4:30 P.M., closed on Weekends and Holidays
Occasionally, the building may be locked during the above hours.
The
Cumberland County Regional Communications Center (CCRCC) is now
dispatching the Town of Windham's Police, Fire and Public Works
Departments. A
call box to contact the CCRCC has been installed outside the main
entrance of the Public Safety Building. This should be used to contact
the Police, Fire or Public Works Department(s) when the lobby is closed
or call the CCRCC at 892-2525.

The Town of Windham is located in the Greater Portland area in the Southern Maine Region.Windham is a residential area which serves approximately 17,000 people. Windham is located in the heart of the Lakes region area and is home to Sebago Lake, which is the second largest lake in Maine. There are also several other small lakes and ponds. Windham is approx. 47 square miles in size and has approx. 150 miles of roadways.
Currently, the Police Department is staffed by 24 full-time officers 1 Animal Control officer, 1 Administrative Secretary, 1 Records Clerk and 1 Dispatch Liaison Representative. |
