2007-08 TAX RATE
On August 14, 2007 the Town Council set the property tax rate for the 2007-08 tax year at 11.30 mils.  The homestead exemption is $13,000 for qualified Windham residents and the due dates also set by the Council are October 1, 2007 for the first half taxes and April 1, 2008 for the second half taxes.
