CHANNEL TIME APPLICATION
Are you interested in producing programming for Windhamweb TV? If you are, then you will need to fill out a Channel Time Application.

You must be a Windham resident to utilize this service. If you have a live or pre-recorded program you are interested in showing, please download the Channel Time application document here.    

Please note that political infomercials are not allowed from 45 days before a state or municipal election. Any political program that relates to a question or candidate on the current state or municipal ballot is not allowed.

We do NOT produce any Public Access programming, nor have equipment for use in producing the programming.
